4. Social Champion workshop (3 hours)

Participants: Champions/Spokes people: Information how community management, and launching

Using Social technologies into the workplace means change; and change requires influencers to help make it stick. This session invites selected change champions (approx. 20) to learn the skills required to drive the adoption of Enterprise Social amongst their peers and to support Senior Leaders in achieving their business objectives.

  • The workshop explores:
    • The case for change (handing objections)
    • Social Champion Strategies: Tips in driving sustained usage and adoption
    • Understanding the ins and out of Enterprise social
    • Identifying value creation
    • Measuring activity in the community
    • Action Plan: Building their own tailored plan to help address business objectives
